Five Below — Local services in Town of Niskayuna

Just had one of the most horrible experiences of my life and I don’t recommend anyone who has disabled children to take them here or any other Five Below Stores in capital region!!! Especially when there no signs in the store saying kids need to be quiet. This is America 🇺🇸 and U.S. citizens have legal rights. A black haired indian woman who works at five below and some white boy customer complaining & being rude about disabled kids having fun with the new toys they were happy to get before Christmas!!! Corporate office of this company should be extremely ashamed of themselves for allowing their employee to treat customers so awfully before Christmas. Thanks to this store my family and I will not be dropping any more money in these discrimination stores!!! Also their Dad & myself also stuck up and defended our disabled children because we refused to let grown adults bully our children that were only showing how happy...

I like the store and all. But seriously why have self check out but have a store employee check you out? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of self scan? Store employee said he "has to" check us out and he was doing it to everyone but not a real reason why he "has to" just get rid of the.self scan all together and just have a regular spot for a cashier then the cashier has a reason to cash you out at a register. Instead of a selfscan and being unable to cash yourself out. Would be great if the evening staff can be a little bit more friendly instead of being miserable. The day time staff is great! I love the store,just one worker follows people including myself and scolds them if they take something out of the cart and do not replace it where it was found etc.I get it .I watch her and wonder what work she isn't doing ,not security not stealing . Her job harassing people for being lazy she does excellent anything else in the hour I was there NOPE .Next trip make sure you do not change your mind .I did ask for a price check nope go ask someone who actually works there .If you want to be security police at five below...
