Exactly 60 days prior to my wedding 10/7/23, my dress at another shop called and told me I would no longer be getting my wedding dress due to "shipping issues" and could not provide any proof of ordering the dress I paid for as well as provided horrific customer service. I was in tears, and at a loss of what to do. Without hesitation, Love Story by Angela's Bridal, took me in immediately for an appointment and were absolutely phenomenal. I knew I would have to pick something off the rack due to the timeline but it was nothing short of amazing as their dresses are in immaculate condition. It is beautiful, high end, clean, comforting and one in a million experience. Not only that, but they carry real sizes for real women. The second I walked in, they asked me what I was looking for, and after about 10 dresses I had to stop. Each dress that I tried on, I fell in love with. I couldn't believe it. It was incredibly difficult to choose from. My only regret is that I didn't go here first after a horrible experience at my first bridal shop. The ladies were beautifully dressed, kind, encouraging, supportive and sensitive to my situation. They felt for my story. After deciding on my dress, they also called in a favor at their alteration studio to get me in ASAP to be altered. I have so many words yet no words to explain my deepest thank you to this team and company. Thank you for the most wonderful experience. I am grateful and so blessed. After having kids, I have never felt more beautiful....

Not only did Janet spend hours with me evaluating my options, she made me feel heard, understood, and felt like a dear friend through the entire process. Janet and the ladies at Love Story went above and beyond - helping me find a new dress that I LOVED - so much more than my original - made stunning customizations to my gown, and took care of everything to make me feel beautiful and look my best on the best day of my life.
