Bridal Reflections — Local services in Town of North Hempstead

Let me start off by saying that finding a dress is probably one of the most important things that you will do for your wedding day. I am an extremely indecisive person and I knew going in that finding a dress was going to be difficult. When they say ‘what you want is probably not what you end up with’ they’re not lying lol. I originally wanted a fitted dress and ended up going with the complete opposite and I’m so happy that I did.

Prior to going to Bridal Reflections I had gone to 2 different bridal stores and tried on several dresses but nothing gave me THAT feeling. Although both sales reps were amazingly sweet I just felt like they weren’t fully understanding what I wanted. So of course going into Bridal Reflection's I was kind of hopeless (dramatic lol).

I will say that my sister had purchased her dream wedding dress from Bridal Reflections and loved her experience.

We had a 5pm appt at the Carle Place location and waited a bit until we were met by Joe. I was the last client of the day so I thought I would be rushed but I wasn’t at all! Joe sat down with us and asked me for inspo photos which I showed him and immediately he knew the vibes. He brought me out 4 different dresses and also told us to look around the store to see if we wanted anything pulled. If you’ve been to a bridal appt before then you know that this experience is very different as most of the time you don’t get to look at the dresses on the floor.

Long story short the first dress I tried ended up being the dress that I said yes to!! I almost cried looking at myself (which is how you KNOW it’s the dress so don’t settle for anything less than that feeling). Never did I think that on a late afternoon on a Wednesday would I say yes to a dress so quickly. Joe made the whole process seamless and was the sweetest person!! First, he was extremely patient, giving me time to really be with the dress without him there. He was not pushy at all and didn’t make me feel like I needed to make a decision right away. Second, he took the time to really shape the dress to me (vs the other salons that didn’t really do this). Third, he helped me envision myself on my wedding day which ultimately helped me pick between 2 dresses. And lastly, he really worked on giving me the best price to secure my dream dress since it was above my intended budget.

Overall, just like my sister I had an amazing experience all thanks to Joe. He just has a way of understanding what you want and going above and beyond to make it work for you.

So for anyone who gets to work with him - just know you’re in great hands!!!

My experience at the carle place location of bridal reflections was nothing short of seamless. I was greeted at the front desk by a friendly face and whisked into a sea of stunning dresses with an area that had my changing room, ample seating for my guests, and plenty of mirrors. I was met with my bridal consultant, Jackie, who was bubbly, direct, the ultimate dress expert, and a joy during my appointment. She was very fair and transparent about styles she’d recommend and conscious of my budget. I felt truly comfortable walking out in a sample size that she was able to work her magic on to close. I was lucky to find my dress after trying on only 5 and I felt the joy not only from my group but also from all the staff. The process was truly seamless and one I will certainly never forget.

Update: I purchased my gown at Carle Place a year and one month prior to my big day. My appointment experience was absolutely seamless and I was able to find my dream dress in just about two hours and the fifth style I put on. My consultant Jackie was an absolute gem. She made this very skeptical girl not afraid of a strapless dress. I got the ultimate princess dress and was able to twirl in it all night long. The seamstress who did my alterations was the sweetest and funniest personality. She made the bustle so effortless for my bridal party and my bridal attendant at my venue. My bustle never came out and was intact all evening and was very accommodating of all the twirling I did. My dress was absolutely stunning and would fit my body like a glove. I am not a size 2. Bridal reflections was very accommodating for this Bridal size 16. My strapless dress had a support band under my waist that made sure my dress did not move no matter how much I popped around. My hem was absolutely perfect and made it so I could even maneuver on my Catholic altar. I can’t say enough positive things about our rate of reflections down to the San Pellegrino beverages they have in the lobby for Awaiting brides to drink. My beautiful mother-in-law also got her stunning gown from Brial reflections. It fit her like a glove and emphasize her greatest assets. Her seamstress experience was also seamless, and they accommodated every request to make her feel as beautiful as she looked. Our appointments were perfect and the whole team would not let us leave until we were happy with the fit and the look of our big day outfits. I cannot wait to inquire about preserving my beautiful timeless princess dress for hopefully my future daughter to love and enjoy as...

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Bridal Reflections. I knew that having access to the best selection of high-quality dresses that matched my style was of the utmost importance to me when I started my wedding planning journey. As such, I decided to take my wedding gown search to New York (I am a Virginia-based bride) and started looking into bridal shops that carried brands and styles that matched my preferences. I quickly discovered Bridal Reflections and fell in love with their lists of brands and styles. Despite being excited about a couple of other bridal appointments I secured in Manhattan, I just KNEW before ever setting foot in the store that I would be a Bridal Reflections bride. I contacted the store in advance to request some specific dresses. During that time, I worked with Marni and Brenna. They were absolutely phenomenal right from the start, and they were able to have many styles pulled and waiting for me when I arrived for my appointment. On the day of my appointment, I had the privilege of working with an incredible bridal consultant named Nicole. Nicole was personable, resourceful, friendly, cheerful, and relatable. She was very observant and respectful of my preferences and style. She really listened to everything I shared throughout our time together. I genuinely felt like I was talking to a good friend who was advocating for me. She did such an amazing job of pulling dresses I had never seen before that matched my desired aesthetic. I was fully expecting to select a dress I had requested in advance as I am a planner through and through; however, I was happily surprised to find “the one” in a glamorous Eve of Milady dress that Nicole helped me find. Just to make sure, I went to an appointment at the Bridal Reflections Massapequa location later in the day that I had previously scheduled. During that appointment, I confirmed that the Eve of Milady style I had found with Nicole was the dress I would say “yes!” to! I can’t wait to pick up my beautiful wedding gown next year and work with the incredibly talented Amelia for my fittings, who Nicole was kind enough to introduce me to.
