i honestly don’t know how this place is still in business. the service is painfully slow even when the store is empty and the staff acts like you’re inconveniencing them just by ordering. the way the employees are acting while on the clock is disgusting. they are cursing at each other and yelling out vulgar words. my smoothie was watery, bland, and tasted nothing like what i paid for. i kindly asked the manager to remake it for me and he gave me such an attitude. he said his name was kevin. he was very disrespectful. i told him i had a peanut allergy and i politely asked him to use a new uncontaminated spoon to scoop the fruit for me and under his breath he said "i don't care that you are allergic." what manager says that to a paying customer? i think the manager needs to be spoken to by the owner because this is unacceptable. the store itself wasn’t clean either. the counters were sticky, there were napkins all over the floor, and it just felt unkempt. for the prices they charge, you’d expect at least decent quality and service, but this was easily one of the worst experiences i've had at a smoothie shop. i won’t be coming back, and i'd recommend avoiding this...

However I called Smoothie King just to ask what they would recommend or if the smoothie I ordered was popular. The girl told me No and that the Mango Kale smoothie is really popular. I kindly asked to have to switched if possible, i asked if they can make a one time exception. She said she wouldnt be able to and thats shes basically the shift manager. Then after I asked again , she then said that she was going to do it for me. Then I got a call and she said that she spoke to HER manager and that they told her No. why?    Read moreI walked in excited to try a smoothie but the service was terrible. There were 2 workers helping other people so I was patient waiting for my turn. I waited by the order here sign hoping when one of them were done I would be helped. I made eye contact with one of the employees and there was nothing. No greeting or assurance that they would get to me. After finishing with the people before me , one of the female employees decided to take the order of another customer that came after me. I left because I felt that that was very rude. There were people who came after me who were waiting at the same area I was.
