"A Loyal Customer's Review: 20+ Years of Shopping Excellence!

I've been a regular at Garden City Park Shopping Mall for over two decades, and I must say, it's a testament to the mall's greatness that I keep coming back! While businesses have changed, and new ones have emerged, I'm impressed that some have stood the test of time - like the supermarket, ACE Hardware, and the liquor store.

I've frequently visited King Kullen, Ace Hardware, and City Bank, and explored most stores, including Five Guys and Jersey Mike's Subs. Although I haven't visited the recently opened businesses due to my busy schedule, I appreciate the mall's:

Just normal/Ok.

Opening hours, of most all stores is sadly, not early; bagel shop has good food, management/ownership is poor; not many choices here; pretty good locale; fairly good access to stores; close to gas station; and: banks; etc. Small mall; but, Not tiny; &, bigger than some other malls, too. Not much security seen; typical low to mid quality vendor options; fairly good parking; but, can be: hard to get spots; even though, it's: a, nice size lot; fairly good layout; sadly, the mall includes a liquor store; hard to get car services to come do pick ups here, midday. Not enough local vendors; with lower prices; &, fresher, local sourced foods; just typical chains; typical foods; typical prices; &, typical choices. Poor management; &, dull, uncreative, lack of vision, made this, a, fairly dull, uninspiring, non-standout mall; yet, with some...

My review is not of any stores here, but of running of this strip mall as I've known it for 30 years. Owner, you've made honest good stores leave like the local cleaners, the Chinese food place that was amazing, Christopher's bakery, Cheap John's, pathmark. You bring in these fast food chains that nobody wants. You just want guaranteed rent. You are not a team player with the community. Maybe you should sell the strip mall. Nobody...
