ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH MGR. K & REZWANA (cosmetics dept). 2282 Jericho Tkpe. Keep in mind Xmas of 2021 I got the entire staff Xmas gifts.
Dec 12 2022. At the store buying a few items. Some worker accused me of stealing. I had my receipt in my purse. Which I told him numerous times. Same person that when I asked for help he sat on the floor and completely ignored me.
I had had a few drinks before for I was stressed out over numerous major surgeries coming up. He was very rude. Basically again accusing me of stealing. I had had enough so at the end I acted a fool. I left moments later only to get arrested at my home. I called the next morning at 9am. Spoke to Asst Mgr Charlie and pharmacy staff & called the 800 to also apologize for my behavior.
Mgr Mr. K, Rezwana(cosmetics) & a couple of ladies in cosmetics have ignored me and simply when they see me they walk the opposite way. Keep in mind they weren’t even there on Dec 12 2022.
Today I go to get lipgloss and to my surprise Mr.K & Rezwana walk towards me. Says hello & how can I help you. Then few seconds later Rezwana comes towards saying hi. Asking how can she help. I just ignored both of them.
There were 3 corporate people there in the cosmetic dept. Guessing some kind of meeting. Now I exist to them. Now they want to act like that’s how they have treated me since Dec 12 2022. What FAKES. I was DISGUSTED. People like this should be employed here. Period.

My experience getting my prescriptions filled has been getting progressively worse with time. What really bothers me is that with the drugs shortage problem the pharmacy team is willing to short fill your order while they await a shipment. That's great! That's the kind of experience you might have at a local drug store: having a relationship with the pharmacy and them working with you to help out given these challenges. The BAD part: they double bill you and then act like there's nothing they can do and that you'll have to take it up with your health insurer. My meds end up hostage unless I pay you twice.
This has happened twice in the last 4 weeks and I'm sure it's happening to others. Once with my wife for her Rx which is for fertility treatment and once for mine which is an antidepressant. Let's say your doctor prescribes a 30-day supply and the insured cost is $10. You might get 10 or 15, you pay $10. You attempt to refill PROBLEM: too early. You talk to them and they sort it out. You get your remaining 15 pills or an actual 30-day supply: $10. Wait so I have to pay $20 total for my meds? $10 MORE than I should be paying? Time to play dumb and helpless and deliver a "you need to talk to your insurer, sorry." Right, they're going to say you need to talk to Walgreens because the issue really has nothing to do with the insurer. Walgreens is charging you twice for one of the product.
Every time I come to this pharmacy now there's an issue. I'm going to be getting my Rxs filled elsewhere...
   Read morePharmacy is horrific. I have been asked for my insurance card, no lie or exaggeration 10 times. I have provided it with every single number etc for every single prescription for them to say "we never had it." Extremely rude and unfriendly- although in the wrong very aggressive and quick to dismiss and blame the customer. You will get texts the prescription is ready and go there for them to say "we never got it," or "we do not have your insurance in our system," or "the computer is down and we cannot use your insurance so you can pay out of pocket and submit receipts." I am a healthcare professional and absolutely shocked at this pharmacy- definitlely will switch but unfortunately this is what is close to my home. BEWARE- I would NOT have this pharmacy as your primary pharmacy- AVOID getting any prescriptions filled there by any means. It would go a long way if they were at least kind and willing to help. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Just tonight was told to pay out of pocket for my infants eye drops because their system was down- not to mention they didnt have the insurance- (I was there literally a few days prior and gave the insurance card for the tenth time).
