I don’t like complaining to others but I experienced a bad feeling at the doctor's office with the receptionist who has been working there for a long time and her attitude and manner are really not professional and patient. She intentionally refused to email my medical forms because of the doctors’ vacation time. Actually, the doctor signed for me in advance before their vacation. She is always lazy and avoids work. The medical form is for my job internship, and I needed to send the form to my work field asap, but the receptionist didn’t want to do anything because the doctor isn’t at the office. I was so mad when I received the form and saw the sign date was before their vacation doctor’s vacation date. I am doubting how and why the receptionist could work here for so lazy? Why didn’t the receptionist want to be kind enough to send the form to me and the form is finished by the doctor? Maybe the receptionist wishes that I lose that job. Read moreI was holding back from writing a bad review because my consult with Dr. LI KONG went well. But I don't know if it's because it's another doctor in the office today or not but I am trying to speak TO THE DOCTOR again regarding a medication because who else would I go to right? But the receptionist isn't relaying my message to the doctor properly and isn't answering my question. She just keeps saying "the doctor said this is the only medication you can take" without even hearing my side of the story. On top of this, they said they'll call me back and made an appointment through the patient portal and they never even called me back. AND the person who drew my blood just kept going for the same vein when she already missed instead of maybe trying the other arm. This led me to have a very big bruise... I made an appointment at 9am and arrived at the building at 8:55am, but the door of the office was locked until 9:05 am, when a receptionist arrived and opened the door. A nurse tried 3 times on my left arm to take the blood, without apology but complained about my veins. After taking the blood, nurse let me wait to see the doctor. Dr. Guo doesn’t show up until 9:30 am and there had been more than 5 patients waiting. I waited until 9:40am and still didn’t get the chance to see the doctor, and then was told by the receptionist that I was not on the schedule because their computer system broke down and they lost all appointments information for that morning. I waited until 9:50am and the doctor was still working on other patients. I had to leave because I had another appointment around 11am in the city and the nurse couldn’t tell me what time I can see the doctor. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.
