The front desk can’t organize the schedule! You never know what class you singed in for. If your level is intermediate you can end up in a class with all beginners and just waste your time and money. There are a lot of people working at the front desk and they don't communicating between each other. They never know who does what, because of that they are always confused.
Be prepared that every new seasons you will be obligated to do the front desk job, figuring out what class is best for your level and making sure that the front desk actually signed you in for that particular class and all people at the front desk know that you are signed in. Otherwise they will ask you to clarify what class you are in and who you are during your tennis lesson. And instead of playing for an hour you'll be talking to the front desk for 30 min.
