Owner is lying in her reply about everything!!! Such a drama queen- crazy!!! Stay away from this place! Rude, unprofessional owner and Overpriced! We had my daughter ear pierced by Valentina(owner) when I scheduled I was told that Tory will be the one doing our piercing. When we came Valentina said that she will do it. We wanted flat backs so she used needle to pierce ear and then she had to put earrings in. Her hands were shaking and she probably couldn’t see well as she used glasses. My daughter was screaming probably for 2-3 minutes as Valentina was trying to put earring in her one ear. Then she started screaming at me that it’s because of my bad vibes, because I’m stressing, that she couldn’t put earring in. Who wouldn’t stress when your baby is screaming and her ear is all bloody( Valentina screamed at me multiple times to leave the shop or she wouldn’t proceed. Then when she did first ear she said she won’t do the second one if I won’t leave the shop. Instead of instructing us how we can help to do it fester and without stressing my baby Valentina decided to scream and blame me for her behavior and incompetence. All I did all that time is that I was talking to my baby trying to calm her down. I don’t think it’s ok to do baby piercing when your hands are shaking and you can’t basically see what you are doing. It was the worst decision I’ve ever made to come to this place. I should have call the police for her behavior! I couldn’t even leave complain as I was told that Valentina...

After two failed attempts at Claire’s and Rowan, I was hesitant to try ear piercing again for my 9 yr old daughter but I’m so glad I went to Tori! I did my research before going in that she needed long post, flat back, titanium earring done by needle. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly professional and patient, taking time to explain each step of the process and answering all of our questions. It was clear that safety and hygiene are their top priorities, which immediately put me at ease after the stressful experiences we had elsewhere.

The piercing itself was done with great care and precision. Unlike our previous attempts, there was no rushing and no pressure—just a genuine focus on making sure it was done right. The piercer made sure the placement was perfect, she knew exactly where I wanted for my daughter! and they guided us through aftercare instructions in detail so that healing would be smooth.

What stood out most was how personal the experience felt. We weren’t just another customer in line; the team really made sure we were comfortable and confident before and after the piercing. Everything about the visit reassured me that we had finally found the right place.

I absolutely loved our experience at Tori’s Place! We brought in our 3 month baby girl to get her ears pierced & we couldn’t be happier! First of all, I was a nervous wreck but Valentina, her mom, & her daughter Tori did an amazing job at reassuring me that everything would be alright! They were extremely accommodating being that my 8 year old son was with us as well. & they were all super sweet! The place is beautifully decorated & super clean. It’s difficult to go anywhere during these times but their protocol was great. Everyone wore a mask (except baby girl of course) & our temperature was taken upon arrival as well as having our hands sanitized. Valentina did an amazing job at making my daughter feel comfortable & when the time came to pierce her ears, she was quick & had a gentle touch. Baby girl cried for a couple of seconds & then went back to smiling at Valentina as if nothing ever happened! She thoroughly explained the after care & showed us how to clean baby’s ears daily. We even had a nice chat before leaving! Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to take my baby girl for such an important occasion! Super professional, very sweet family, & a very clean, welcoming place! It has been a couple of days & my daughters ears are perfectly fine. Not to mention, super adorable!
