Carvel — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

The Asian man and woman who run this carvel are so rude and clearly miserable running their shop. Their rudeness and attitude is so uncalled for. Port Washington could really do without the eye rolling at simple requests or slight order adjustments. I would redirect all PW residents or anyone visiting to spend your hard earned money at Shmusht Ice cream & Cookies on Main st. Delightful staff and owners and quality ice cream. I would never go back to this carvel if my toddler wasn't asking for it. My 2 year old dropped her spoon and the Asian lady rolled her eyes when I asked for an extra and threw spoon at me. Quite disappointed with this carvel. The ice cream is quite good, how expected from all the carvels, but the woman, and man working their. They are really rude, slow slow, REALLY SLOW service. I had to wait about 20 minutes to enter a store on a line with 5 people. Like come on. The store is dirty, and woman has some trouble hearing, as I had to repeat myself 5 times to get chocolate ice cream, and btw if you want to get regular chocolate ice cream, not on a soft serve, they ain’t got those. I’m not coming again, as I’m worried about their sanitation. Can’t tolerate these kind of places in Long Island.

Horrible customer service experience! The lady working today was very rude. I asked her one question about the Wednesday promotion buy one get one free and she almost killed me with her eyes and her anger! I am sorry I am in between sizes and want small not medium as she want me to ordered? since when serving soft serve is rocking science? she make the whole experience with my toddler so difficult, I went to support local business and have been there before but this time was disappointing.
