in comparison to chip city you're honestly better off going there. i ordered from door dash just to see what the hypes all about and the cookies are very soft and cake like. personally i like a doughy chunky kind of cookie and these cookies weren't it. also very overpriced! i paid $27 for four cookies whereas you can literally save $9 just by going to chip city to get a four pack. would i try crumbl again in the future? not really unless a really good flavor comes out during its weekly rotation. kudos to the bakers with the decorations,...

As someone who eats the Oreo mallow cookies every time they are in stores I am seriously disappointed. Never have I been up charged $.30 PER A COOKIE for the mallow filling until yesterday. They up charged me and then barely put any filling. I am SEVERELY disappointed and feel scammed. I have been a customer of Crumbl's since it opened and am very disappointed to find out that they do not use 100% cage-free eggs. So this is my "Grumble about Crumbl." Using eggs sourced from hens who are cruelly confined in battery cages is not only inhumane, but a public environmental hazard. Due to the crowded conditions of hens being literally on top of each other, diseases like avian bird flu are on the rise.
