Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Orchard Park

My drink didn’t taste how it usually does, the service was TERRIBLE. I walk up to order my drink and everything goes smoothly besides the fact that the girl who took my order barely was paying attention to me… The girl making my drink spills it all over the counter before pouring the remaining amount into a new cup… I get my drink and it doesn’t taste great but I take it because I chose not to complain as the workers had already exhibited awful service. My order was a venti iced matcha with LIGHT ICE. I specifically said it twice. Then I take three sips and look in the cup because my drink is gone. Look at how much ice was in the cup in my photo below! My sister is a barista at an ACTUAL starbucks and I’ll be sticking to that one from now on. Bad...

Ok so I am just a kid (13). But they closed at 730 when they r supposed to closed at 9 on Tuesdays so I walk up to the cashier and say "are u guys open?" She says no but then 3 minutes later a woman probably in her 40s or 50s goes up and say the same thing. So I'm like they are closed. The lady that was working says what would u like? I was like r u kidding me?! So I walked out of the store without anything but that other person got her fruit drink with a warmed up muffin! I was really angry and I think they don't care when I are a kid but when an adult u get more privlages. Don't go here unless u have some words to say! But there food and drinks are perfect! By reading the other reviews from the past 5 months I thank goodness I didn't get the same service. I walked in early because well I wanted coffee and The Starbucks by Mckinley Mall was filthy and full of employees that didn't know where the line was. I of course walked out and went to the one in Target in orchard park. THIS is the one I am reviewing. I was met with a warm greeting by a young gentleman with glasses. I was treated very kindly. there were only 2 workers and they handled a big line like it was nothing. The same warm greeting to every customer. Thank goodness I am seeing a resurgence in customer service slowly coming back. I will definitely be going back...
