I have been going to this store since I was a kid. They have always been extremely helpful and very customer service oriented. I now take my son here for all of his drumming and guitar equipment. I ordered a clarinet and starter kit from this place because local music store is affiliated with them. I found out that I could buy a clarinet for the same price as what they would rent one to me for. So I canceled the order within an hour of purchase. I never took possession of anything. I had been going to Hamburg Music Center since 1984 when I played violin. Sadly they closed their doors and I needed to find a new music store as my daughter also now plays.
