The jeweler that I previously used for my jewelry needs welcomed me on my 1st visit. Subsequent visits seemed to be an interruption in their time to chat with friends who stopped in for questions and to just check in. I was offended by their attitude when I came for a new chain for a necklace and they said gold was too expensive to buy a chain and then walked away. I found Jewelers Studio and definitely found a home! Dave talked to us like family and when I asked about that chain for my necklace they helped me find a solution to my problem. They have since helped us many times. My daughter got married recently and I brought her engagement ring prior to look it's best for the wedding. It looked so good I asked to have mine also done. As he took the ring he noticed the prongs of setting to my stone were worn out and advised me to not wear it until it was repaired! This was the Wednesday b4 the wedding. I asked him if he could do that and Dave said yes but he was leaving on vacation Friday. Wedding was friday. He then said he would have it ready for the next day, Thursday, and it was! Looked beautiful. Had also left a family ring whose shank had broken. He called when he got back from vacation and when I picked it up I was thrilled! Dave and Rachel are the best! We decided to elope on our anniversary instead of doing the big wedding and I ordered a ring at my local jeweler, and after multiple issues there and being told the wrong ring came in, I was left having to find a ring by Sunday night (with it being Friday). I called multiple places and was told they only had stock size and wouldn’t be able to resize it for me in that short amount of time, and went to countless jewelry stores to see they hardly had any rose gold wedding bands and even if I liked one of the few styles they wouldn’t be able to size it in time. Finally I came across Jeweler’s Studio and talked to Dave on the phone and told him everything and he was willing to see me right away and reassured me they could help. I came in Saturday am and was greeted by the two of them and they took the time to let me try on all of the rose gold rings (the biggest selection I have seen anywhere) and they even cleaned and polished my engagement ring on top of it! I can't rave about this place enough! They were extremely accommodating when my now husband came in to buy an engagement ring, worked within his budget and took into consideration the style pictures he had been given. (My ring is gorgeous btw)

We went in to have my engagement ring sized, Dave did it on the spot. I didn't have to leave my ring for a week, he had it done in a matter of minutes.

When we went to buy our wedding bands, both Dave and Rachel were so helpful in picking out styles that worked and giving suggestions of things they could create or change on a ring to make it exactly what we wanted. They even experimented with taking a finish off of a ring so my mow husband could see what it would look like.

They kept us in the loop about delivery schedules since we were cutting it close to the wire. When we found out my husband's ring was on back order, Dave actually stretched a band to make the perfect fit for my husband's wedding band.
