SPoT Coffee — Restaurant in Town of Orchard Park

I hate having to change a rating at a local place but I've had several poor experiences in a row here at Spot. I ordered a Java shake for delivery last week and I received a drink with absolutely no sugar and horrible tasting milk. I had to spit it out. Today I ordered breakfast, two Mike sandwiches, an omelet and three desserts. The container for the omelet was incredibly greasy, had cream cheese smeared on it, and wouldnt close. The two sandwiches were OK but didn't come fully wrapped. This was a very poor job at preparing a food order to go.

The tiramisu cake was absolutely disgusting. Im not sure if it was old or what, but it tasted like spoiled milk. Three of us couldnt eat it. We also ordered the pistachio cake, which I also thought was terrible. We threw that out too. We opened the container to a mess. The service was very nice, and I only gave them off one star because of the messy food.

I hope to be able to change my review again soon as I do enjoy going here for lunch. If I could rate it twice I would give this place a higher rating for my tuna wrap I had a few weeks ago. It...

I don’t know if the workers were having a bad day but I just went there and ordered trough DoorDash to pick up. I wanted the bacon on the side for my bagel but the app didn’t let me put a note. I got there as soon as the order was place and ask the girl that was on the pick up area if she could tell in the kitchen to put the bacon in the side. She completely ignored what I said and send pe to do the cashiers line. Everyone around heard me and they were as confuse as I was. I repeated myself and the same happened again. I went to do the line ( everyone was placing orders no pick in up) As soon as I got in front of the line my order of course was already done. I explain to the cashier and she said the order is ready I can’t change anything cause it comes like this😑 It was a personalized meal. So I just left. I'm surprised I could post this review with how bad the wifi is. It disconnected twice writing this.

This isn't new. In the several years I've been a patron here, the wifi issues have NEVER been addressed or fixed. I only kept coming because there's no other close options, but at this point I'd rather sit in my car outside a Tim's and use their wifi instead.

Don't bother going here. The coffee doesn't make up for it, the tables aren't maintained (you WILL spill your drink trying to type on a laptop, the whole table shakes no matter which one you use), the music is always very loud (I've been to plenty of cafes with music playing and been fine), and the prices don't equate to any sort of good quality.
