I'm a huge, long time Watson's chocolate addict, but this store is sorely lacking. The woman behind the counter couldn't answer questions about what some of the items were that I was unfamiliar with. Somewhat acted like I was inconveniencing her as I was looking and choosing what I wanted although no one else was in the store. I called ahead to ask about reward cards and the phone just rang and rang. When we got there, we noticed there's no ambiance at all. Looks like a small warehouse set up. Not very attractive or appealing like the locations I'm used to. When I got home, I realized the truffles were very stale, one so bad it was cracked and hard inside. Other pieces of the variety I picked out looked dry and powdery, unappealing and also looked stale. Tasted OK but not as fresh as I'm used to. I will not...

The shop was pleasant, with a good variety of various chocolates, however our experience was that the price per pound of sponge candy was higher, by approximately $2.50/lb. compared to what we were charged elsewhere a few days earlier. Perhaps, Watson’s strategy is charging more for having an Orchard Park address. Regardless, a four-pack of milk chocolate sponge candy was purchased to share with my wife. It was fresh and tasty. However, we prefer lower prices and similar quality of sponge candy...
