So rude!! I didn’t get anything repaired because of our interaction. I went to take in two necklaces, earrings, and a bracelet to repair and he immediately told me one of the necklaces was only gold plated and it would be cheaper to just buy a new necklace. Which it isn’t. But okay. Then said the he couldn’t repair the earrings and that they were cheap. Which again is not okay. When I asked when I could expect the other repairs done he kept telling me they couldn’t be done by this week. And I had to ask several times when it could be done so I ended up just leaving. He was so rude I wouldn’t recommend. I left...

The owner/operator is truly a craftsman, you can just tell by the ease he solves any jewel related problem.

Replaced a watch band for free and refused a tip. I left the money on the counter and walked out. What a nice man who has served this community...

Brought my logo piece to ge the ears fixed when i got it back its completly tarnished and uneven now. Blames it on my wife saying that he told her.
