I went on August 6th to this Verizon store after being very disappointed from another Verizon store a half hour before. I was looking at a possible $200 charge and trying to use the warranty on my 5 month old Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra to get a replacement phone. Could not call my voice mail, could not call Verizon CS anymore...phone would only call local numbers. 😟😟😠😠😡😡
So I walk in greeted by the 2 working for the day...the Boss and another worker. I asked if they can do troubleshooting...the 2nd employee said...let's try. He tried a few different items after explaining to him my week mess with the phone and Verizon CS. It was suggested...how about changing the SIM card...both the Boss and other employee worked their magic....BAM!!! My phone is fixed!! Both are friendly, positive attitude and honest. I forgot both their names...so sorry.
I was so overjoyed with the level of honesty, integrity and willingness to resolve the issue with my phone. The only cost was for the SIM card...after talking with CS and the other Verizon store...no one could come up with this resolution 🤔.
I offered to go the nearby Starbucks to get the order of their choice...as some thank you for all their effort. Yes. they were Vente. They changed my entire day around to positive and fixing my phone!!!!!
This is my "go to" place on any issues with my phone in the future. Not wasting my time with CS.
If I could give 10 stars...I would. I will be returning again and again. Yes, this a real review and not some bumped up review.
