My name is Crystal, I purchased a 2014 Nissan Rogue on 12/08/2016 VIN#5N1AT2MV5EC857333. I had to take the car to service not even a month in from purchase date. The car had a strong vibration on steering wheel when accelerating and steering wheel also had a clicking sound when turning to the left. When I went to my first service appt. the first thing they do is tell me that they have to replace the transmission. They give me a loaner car; I came back in a couple of days to pick up my car according to Service department they replaced transmission and did front end work like change suspensions and so on. The car still had vibration (just a little less), the steering wheel still had clicking sound and now the car was swerving to the right. I call back upset and I speak to JASON the worst customer service representative I have ever encountered. I explain the car is not aligned and continues to have a clicking sound on the steering wheel. He then questions me about the alignment “How I know it needs and alignment? What kind of road are you driving on” I explain to him the car is steering towards the right. He makes me an appointment, the day I arrive to the appointment JASON has a nasty attitude and continues asking me question insulting my intelligence on things that I know I am experiencing. It was incredible his demeanor towards me to the point where I asked him “ it seems as though I am bothering you when this is your job” His response was “ I am having a bad day”. At this point I ask for a manager because I do not have to deal with that kind of nonsense, all I want is to have a car I feel safe driving. I am still under warranty and I am just trying to get what I paid for because the car was sold to me for $23,237.87 for a used Nissan Rogue 2014 @33484 miles. The second time I went to the same service department I test drive with a tech and he agreed the car needed an alignment. At that moment they could not figure out what the steering wheel issue was and I had to then leave the car again. When I picked up the car the second time according to them they did the alignment and took the steering wheel off to check what the issue was. Honestly I do not know what they did, the steering wheel is now light as feather and the car is still not driving properly. My breaking point was in the recent snow storm, the car is AWD and it was swerving everywhere. Not only did it drive horribly but coming down a small hill like main road it did not want to break. I felt so unsafe, I contact Nissan consumer affairs they open a case they took 10 business days supposedly doing an investigation to give me an outcome that they could not replace the vehicle at this time. No one asked to drive the car or anything; they just went off of the paperwork that Baron Nissan provided them. I just took the car to another Nissan Service center and they tell me the transmission was installed incorrectly there are tons of things shifted. The car needs a wheel alignment, wheel balancing, tire rotation, fuel injection serv. and the front brakes are at 2 mil. I call consumer affairs for Nissan and they could not even transfer me to a supervisor, they have not done anything and now I am stuck with a Lemon because no one...
Read moreI had to file bankruptcy recently due to medical and attorney bills for my daughter and needed a new car. I had no savings for a down payment and no equity in my current car. I received a letter regarding a special program available for people who have had to bankrupt that would help re-establish their credit through financing a vehicle through those program. I called and saw the salesman and finance specialist the next day. Alex & Juan were beyond professional, friendly, nonjudgmental of my financial status, nothing but smiles and good feelings while at the dealership looking at the cars available under this special program. Juan (the finance specialist) went over everything with me and I was really excited that I had gotten the letter to call about this program! He also explained to me how to call the finance company for the car I currently had and needed to get back to the bank. Alex (the salesman & Juan's right hand man with the bankruptcy program) helped get my new car added to my insurance policy, gave me a tour of the vehicles I had to choose from. Very personable, not like your normal salesman with all the pushiness and "let's make a deal" games. Honest, straightforward, personable associates who make you feel like you are their one and only client... Because you are at the time (at least I think so ...)... That never lack for patience with questions and in fact encouraged me to ask any questions and to call them directly should I have a question about the vehicle in the future. I have already recommended Baron Nissan (and in turn the gentlemen who helped me) To all my family members and have written Google, Yelp and 11 star reviews on my FB Review groups. I have bought more than one new car in my life but I truly mean when I say, Alex and Juan at Baron Nissan are my favorite people at my now favorite dealership and have earned my loyalty for as long as I'll be driving. Summation:. 11 out of 10 stars for all at Baron Nissan... can't help but give the bonus point for the truly trustworthy feeling I got from Alex and Juan. Something very difficult to achieve in the sales industry. I felt that I was being given the help and advice either of these men would give to a family member or friend. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to so easily let you know how much I appreciated my experience at Baron, and how much I love the Sentra I drove off with the same...
Read moreDON'T BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THEM! THEY LIE! This is a long story but worth the read to save you the heartache I'm feeling. The only thing I liked about this dealership is my Ford Raptor. From the unset this dealership was an issue. First they weren't going to sell me my truck because I wasn't going to use their high rate interest finance, so I left. Second time when they realize that I'm not budging, they call me to come back in and try to add so outlandish fee to the price of the truck calling it a warranty/destination fee, this had me walking out a second time. Now I should have never answered my phone after second time but I did, this truck type and color were the exactly the type I wanted. So there I was again. ok, so they say third time is the charm, NOT. I buy my truck, using my bank. The fee they add was $500.00 which was acceptable because they were going to get it ready for me ( this truck was a demo it had 5000 miles on it and was shipped from Florida ) i.e. oil change, full inspection to make sure everything was up to par, and a cleaning. well you can guess, they did none of it. I know this because my oil light just went on and I only add about 1000 miles, the truck was also dirty at pick up(but like I said I wanted this truck).so I will assume they didn't do inspection on it. Now I wish I can say this was the end of my story, its not. At pick up I was given only some of the keys to my truck, I have locks in the back of the truck that hold ramp's and such, plus a valet key was missing. I was assured by the salesman that they were being shipped from Florida and they would be forward to me... well guess what as per the manager( who would not give me his name) I'm not getting the keys, if I wanted them I should have gotten it in writing. I was told my salesman no longer works there and I have no recourse. So here I am, this is the only thing I could think to do! DONT BUY FROM THEM! even though I got the truck I wanted, I wish I never picked up the phone. My truck cost over $70,000.00 and I cant even get my keys(what are they going to do with them?) or the oil change I paid for! Worst car buying experience ever, I I've bought a lot of vehicles.. do yourself a favor find...
