We had a wedding at soundview which included a cake from lionetti's. Went for the cake tasting which had to be scheduled on a Saturday so i had to spend my Saturday in traffic getting there to try all the different flavors which were all delicious and the guy who i believe is the owner or manager, what really nice and relaxed letting us take our time and trying to make the day special, all of that negates the fact , WE GOT THE WRONG CAKE ON OUR WEDDING DAY.

We sat in traffic, sat in the bakery for and hour and a half, discussed all this cake stuff, 5 hours wasted because we could have told them French vanilla over the phone, since they were going to give us strawberry anyway.

See the cake tasted good but we made it clear the bride hates strawberries so while our guest liked the cake, when your being told it's your day and it's supposed to be about you two all day, and the wrong cake shows up, and it's the one of the two flavors you knew you didn't want, it's really just something that leaves...

The quality of their products are going down every day. I used to go to their store every time I had a family gathering to get a cake. Not anymore. I bought a tiramisu cake yesterday for a family member's birthday. What a disappointment for everyone when we had cut the cake. The bottom of the cake was drenched in a liquid sour as a lemon. Could not eat it, and straight to the trash it went. I felt so embarrassed for the whole situation. This morning, I stopped by the bakery to let the people know what had happened with the cake. They claimed the liquid was coffee. It did not taste coffee at all. The bottom line is that they sell spoiled items. God knows how long the cake had been sitting on their display, and they sold it as fresh. One thing is for sure. I will never...
