KFC — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

I drive for a food delivery service on the weekends and had the absolute displeasure of picking up a small order from this location tonight. I arrived in store to pick up at 10:01 and finally left at 10:30, when the lobby closes. They literally locked the doors behind me on my way out. Over the 30 minutes I was in store waiting I asked about the order twice with 2 different employees. I was not given an estimated wait time and frankly wasn't given an update at all about the food. I had hoped to make at least 1 more delivery before calling it a night but having to stop at this place and waste 45 minutes on what should have been a simple order finished my evening and brought down my tip, even though the timing was not my fault. All told, do not order delivery from this KFC unless you want to wait upwards of an hour for your food and don't accept requests as a driver because you will...

Just placed an order for 10pcs buckets mixed. When I walk-in, no line but wait for 5 minutes. When I tell Cashier “I saw a coupon for 10pcs buckets mixed Chicken for $12.95.” The cashier tell me those are expired, we have no longer offer this. For 10 pcs buckets $23.80 with tax. Do you want it? I went to my car and showed her the coupon “10 pcs bucket for $12.95” than cashier give me a funny look. When I pickup my order, I asked “May I have BBQ Sauce”. The cashier look at me and bring ONLY 1 BBQ Sauce. I tell her I ordered 10 pcs chicken, 1 BBQ Sauce is not enough. Than she pointed at register sign. Which mean, you want more than you have to paid for it. Later, I see the lady on my back. Order less items, with handful of sauces. 10 pcs of chicken with ONLY 1...

Gave one star because I had to .. was hear on 4-22 I was ordering and my elderly mother sat down a picture fell off clicked her in the head .. not one person asked was she ok they looked dumb founded I walked over to her to see if she was ok the women at the counter raise her voice saying to me do you need anything sales with your order … I even picked up the picture and brought it to the counter after a few mins and not even thank you . I called corporate and was told a manger would reach out to me .. 4 calls still waiting they told me the store was notified and would also reach out to me nothing …, all I wanted was a simple is she ok .. so disappointed that a large company such as this could careless about...
