Carman's Plaza — Local services in Town of Oyster Bay

This DMV location had a significantly shorter wait time for services. Bring a pen to fill out applications. There's an application for every document and its corresponding additional fees. If I neglect to mention anything, you need that proof as well. Despite the reverse mask mandate still, some individuals wore masks by choice. I believe reservations may be required. However, walk-ins were allowed. I had to register a vehicle and was stopped by security to scan a QR code to register for an appointment. Still, the polite agent radioed someone inside, and miraculously, I was allowed inside. The staff members were very courteous and professional who assisted. Finally, the restroom 🚻 facilities were outside the DMV in the hallways to the right. On Tuesday the closing hours...

Just left popcorn beauty and I had the worst experience. I brought some synthetic crochet hair and I brought too many packs. I used my debit card to make the purchase and read the receipt clearly to follow their return policy rules and regulations. But when I expected to receive cash back because I used a debit. The mgr expressed my money would be returned back to the card instead of giving me cash. No where in the store or the receipt does it state that this is store policy. I politely suggested they post this policy somewhere in the store or on the receipt so people would know. Needless to say they will NOT be getting my business again. I will go to 110 beauty next to CTown where at least if I use my debit card I will get my cash back...

Unfortunately I have to visit this plaza because it's very close to my house. I would love it if they would scrub the sidewalks of the pigeon poop which everybody knows is toxic and disgusting. especially in front of the bagel place where it seems to be the worst and people are going in and out of there buying food it just seems unacceptable to me. The parking lot is usually always dirty with debris and people drive across the parking lot at a high rate of speed which is super dangerous.
