I can not say enough great things about the customer service I received from ‘Knobs4Less’! My husband and I are undergoing a major renovation to most of our house. I placed my original order for the Lewis Dolan Euro pulls in November 2017. At the time of delivery my house looked like a warehouse, full of boxes (big and small) in my dining room, and foyer. I was able to open most of the boxes to check their contents, but with deliveries coming almost everyday, and both my husband and I working full time, it became hard to check every box, everyday. Fast forward to February 2018, I’m feverishly looking for a box of pulls and they are no where to be found. I asked my carpenter if he had seen them, he said no. I called ‘Knobs4Less’ and spoke with several agents who were all very patient and kind. I finally spoke with Monet, and she immediately contacted the shipper and UPS to find out what happened to my box. While waiting for a response from the shipper, I re-ordered the pulls that I needed along with some new sizes. Low and behold I found the box tucked far back in a cabinet. My carpenter had put them there without opening the box, so he didn’t know what they were. I called Monet and she was so kind to me. I apologized profusely for the confusion and she was so gracious. She was able to set things up so that I could not only cancel the second order, but also exchange some of the pulls from the first order for a different size. If I ever need Knobs or pulls again, I will definitely order from ‘Knobs4Less’! I will also recommend ‘Knobs4Less’ to my family and friends. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS CORRUPT COMPANY. We ordered a bunch of pull handles and cabinet knobs. We were overcharged. Then we did not like the style so we requested to return them to place a new order. Our return request was approved. We returned all the items in their original box. I then see on my bank statement I was only partially refunded. The company never provided any type of invoice or documentation to explain the withholding. I then reached out to the company and they said they did not refund me the full amount because some items were opened. I have no idea how a company expects a customer to know if a product will work/isn’t defective without opening the package. They also claimed the items were not “resalable” yet provided no definition for what “resalable” means and when I requested photos of the items they were exactly how we had received them. If this wasn’t bad enough, they kept the items even though they withheld the refund and claimed I needed to request that they be returned if I wanted them back. And if all of that wasn’t bad enough, our second order of the different style arrived with completely defective items. I intend to file a lawsuit against this company and am disputing the transaction without my credit card company, but don’t want this to happen to anyone else so DO NOT BUY FROM...

I ordered some cabinet hinges from Knobs4Less because I could not find them at Lowe's or HomeDepot. They were a specialized hinge, but lucky for me I found them with Knobs4Less. They arrived in the timeframe noted. When I tried to put them on the cabinets I thought they had sent the wrong hinges. I called and they were very helpful even sending me a link via email so I could see other samples. I realized that it was my mistake in not understanding how to put them on. But after a few attempts I saw my mistake, and easily attached them. What I was please with was the care, courtesy and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I had the right product. I contacted them again to let them know it was my error because they were also willing to send a repacking materials to return them, with no problem at all. Fortunately I did not have to return the product as they sent exactly what I asked for, and again, were super nice. The product was great and affordable.
