New Post: Interestingly enough I finally got a response from the company after my initial review. I have still not received a phone call however regarding my dispute.
Thank you for finally acknowledging my issue however some of your facts are incorrect and it seems very unprofessional for a response to have to come after a review instead of just calling me back after I left several messages.
Some of your facts are incorrect as the packaging of the products was as per your suggestions and in original boxes. Your return of items was more of the issue. See picture below.
Itâs really is a shame because this couldâve been handled so much easier with a simple returned phone call. I have already forwarded information and pictures to my cc. Thank you. Very disappointed. I ordered from the company with no problems and the shipment arrived on time.. Once I took out the handles for my kitchen I soon realized they did not work with my cabinets and were too big. I called the company immediately and ask to return the items. It took them almost 5 days to call back with a return order number and address for shipping. They also advised me how to ship the handles and screws back in order to received a refund. I packaged the items exactly as told: handles in original bags and screws in separate bag so not to scratch the handles. I waited a week or so to ensure processing on their end. The day I was about to call in regards to my refund I received a box from MYKnobs that had handles from my original order in it. Not only was the packaging horrible (all the handles were thrown back into the box unwrapped not packing around them but it was HALF of my original order!) I obviously called immediately to get an answer as to what happened and got NOTHING! It's been a week already and I call everyday with the same response. A supervisor will return your call when they're back in the office. I had to call my bank to file a dispute to get my money back. Completely unacceptable. I do not recommend.

   Read moreI am editing my review and adding stars less than 30 minutes after I initially wrote it. Penny at MyKnobs called me right after I wrote this review and left me a voicemail. She profusely apologized for the customer service I received and she let me know that the customer service person I spoke with was incorrect. My order was placed on Friday just as I was told it would be, and it actually shipped from the manufacturer today and it should be arriving to me tomorrow. It seems like they need a few more Pennys there :) Thank you, Penny, if youâre reading this! You turned a bad experience into a good one! I also appreciate your commitment to straightening out the issue I had with the customer service agent earlier. MyKnobs has redeemed themselves at this point, with me :).
I placed an order on Thursday (12/15) at 10:30 CST and called to make sure that it was worth me spending the extra $50 to overnight my order so that I could have my appliance pulls by Christmas. The initial person I spoke to wasnât overly friendly but wasnât rude. She did say that my order would go in Thursday (12/15)and go to the manufacturer(12/16) on Friday. I called on Monday (12/19) just to see what day I could expect the pulls and managed to talk to a rude person who let me know that I missed the order cutoff on Thursday so my order didnât even go in their system until Friday- so it didnât go to the manufacturer until today- Monday. The person then continued to answer everything with they donât know why or how that happened and they werenât going to do anything about it and they couldnât tell me when I would get the pulls and basically forced me off the phone. I will never order from them again. Customer service is important. Maybe you should teach the people who work for you how to HELP people or at least appear as though youâre trying. Itâs not like people are spending tiny amounts of money with youâŚ.now that peoples disposable incomes are shrinking perhaps youâll feel the burn of your customer service not being up to par when people chose to spend their...
   Read moreI never leave bad reviews like this. But this has been such a bad experiance I wanted to let people know. I will never order from them again. They shouldn't offer you to pay for faster shipping if there is no way they can get it there by then. I have never seen that on any other website. I paid an over $8 to have it shipped sooner it said 3-5 days. (It if for my daughters furniture and she is leaving for college) What I didn't realize is you have to add the lead out time of 3-4 days to ship out on top of that 3-5 days (it didn't say business just days) to get when you might actually receive it. I was told they would try to put a rush on it and that I would be called back later that day. Since no one called me back I just decided the next day to cancel the order. I called them that day and told them I wanted to cancelled the order. The lady said she would send it over to her supervisor to be cancelled on Monday in the mean time I ordered other knobs. What I didn't know was my order shipped out that day. I received both orders of knobs yesterday and I called this morning to let them know I had cancelled the order. She said it was cancelled too late. I told her that neither of the ladies said that that I had spoken to before. She said if I wanted to return them I would have to pay shipping to send them back and that I would have to pay a restocking fee of 25%(which they said they would let me wave this one time after I got angry) and I wouldn't be refunded shipping for it being later than what the website said. I'm going to take the other ones back that we ordered and keep these. But If it didn't cost so much money I definitely wouldn't be keeping these pulls. They need to fix their website or not offer any expedited shipping, I will never order from them again. I would have NEVER ordered from them if I had know I couldn't get it in the time frame...
