This place looks good from far, but far from good, the lady set table for us 9 people as we waited for the menu another family of 7 was waiting also I think they waited to long so they all got up and left now they bring us the menu so we can order two of us ordered clam chowder soup they didn't have then we ordered hamburgers with French fries. That didn't go great. And the waitress didn't know much about the menu, because she came back to one of us and told them that the fries come with the burger, and if they wanted that extra order of fries now, why would you want an extra order of fries if The fries was already and deal with the burgers that was kind of dumb. And then you asked for a drink of Pina Colada that comes with alcohol and you order a shot on the side. She didn't understand what 1 of us does. What's trying to say? So we had to explain to her like small cup, a shot of alcohol. Which it didn't taste nothing like it. It was watered down the burgers. Looked far from good, but it had no kind of taste. It was burnt on the outside. The fries came with a whole lot of salt and no taste at all If you were diabetic, you would go into a coma. The buns taste old and hard the cheese sticks taste horrible, and they gave you this sauce It was watered down oh, and let's not talk about that coconut shrimp as they say look nasty and the carimari or wha ever tha was it was breaded only and these waitresses didn't know what they were doing like if they really didn't understand they get 0 stars for everything. Like I said, looks good from far but far from good And over priced i should have gone to Applebee's or chili's and gotten better service and real liquor and food to my satisfaction and also who ever gives this place a fiver star gots to be of thier mind cause I wouldn't and also we spend over more 200 hundred dollars on what SMH never again I'll go to this place twoo overrated. The atmosphere was good. The service could have been better. There was no wait for seats as no one was really there, so that's a plus. The waitress that took our orders for drinks was very confused as to what a regular piña colada with an extra shot is and we had to explain it slowly and in detail. Some of the items offered on the menu are not available. Also if you have health issues or dietary restrictions, I do not recommend this place as if you try to personalize your meal to what you can have, there is always a reason why certain ingredients cannot be excluded. The menus have no prices and the food is expensive. There is a gratuity fee of 20% that is automatically added to your total and not reported to the customers, which allows them to take more of your money as people always leave tips, so I advise you to look at your receipts carefully so that you don't overspend. Too much salt is added to the fries and to others hardly any salt. The place has good food if you don't like seasoning. Otherwise you taste the charcoal more than the food.
