Having not lived in Bayville for many years, I read about Talenti’s deli and gave them a call. Anthony was so very friendly and helpful, making my long distance catering order easier then I could of imagined. When the food items I ordered arrived my cousin called to tell me how well everything was packaged, prepared and especially tasted. I bypass the Deli just down the block from my house, to go to Talentis Deli, located on opposite side of Bayville, but so worth the short drive. The food is great and the the staff is the excellent and very attentive from the moment you walk in. Different hot food everyday. Try the Ribs and Rotisserie chicken. Sadly, this place has now changed hands after a kitchen fire caused it to shut down. Anthony and his crew will be sorely missed, as this was THE BEST deli of all time on all of Long Island. Yes, I've been to any deli thats ever gotten any decent review. No, none of them compared. I wish Anthony and his family the best. RIP...
