Jim's is getting to look like the proverbial tobacco road. Sad that Jim has passed, but it's time to move on and freshen this place up! The chairs and couches look like they were collected from the curb on trash day. The carpeting is well-worn and needs replacing. Now the hours have been reduced, and closing at 9pm is ridiculous if you get there at 730 and want to relax and enjoy a cigar and a conversation. Maybe a change in management is due? There's no more coffee machine (well, there is.. But the "manager" doesn't want it put back out) and even bottled water is no longer available on a regular basis. Check them out! Under new ownership. Now open late nights. New owner, Chad, as of a few weeks ago, is very chill and helpful. Richard is very sweet too. Walked in to see if they carry little vanilla Tatiana's and they had an entire display of all flavors; individuals and cases. They also carry lots of popular large cigars and art-piece-style lighters, ash trays, etc. Back lounge smoking area with lots of cozy seating. Liquor license coming very soon. Friendly, inviting, and cool vibe overall....

Great store and high quality products. My complaint is that I drove there twice during business hours and they were closed. Called the store after waiting one hour and no message and no returned phone call. I decided to buy online instead at a better price. However, I like to support local businesses, but if I drive twenty minutes to your store and you're not open twice, and you don't return a call, sorry I can't support...
