Went into this furniture store being told one price for 2 pieces of furniture. I was under the assumption it was a good deal so I put a down payment on what I thought was 2 pieces of furniture ( loveseat and couch that recline). The day I had to come pick it up I was told that the down payment was for 1 piece of furniture. Although upset, I figured I’ll just get my money back and go somewhere else. Apparently something was wrong with their machine and I couldn’t get my money back. I was told to dispute it with my bank which I did twice. The first dispute got rejected by my bank. No idea why. And the second dispute my bank is saying takes up to 45 days. I did this transaction in the beginning of March it is now May. If you know your machine don’t work with American Express card’s then you should let the customer know. On top of that the manager was playing phone with me the first time i tried to get my money back. Like he was clueless as to what was happening. So I personally wouldn’t recommend this store. The customer service is bad and their employees don’t know what they are talking about when it comes it pricing. All I know is once my bank finishes this investigation and if I still don’t have my $800 plus I’m taking them to small claims court because this whole situation could’ve been avoided had they told me not to pay with my American...
Read moreDo not even try, the process to get my set has been hell. Not only did the delivery team put holes in my walls when taking the couch inside but left a huge hole on my brand new couch. I bought my furniture in March, it's almost the end of May and we have finally gotten our hole fixed. My husband went to the store to speak to the owner but apparently he no longer works there (lies) everyone has a boss that gives them a paycheck.
I still haven't gotten my new section to replace the hole, we have been calling them and they keep telling us that we will get a call back but they never do. I am heartbroken because I just bought my home and they came in like it was nothing and the way they are trying to fix it shows me they care about their customers and...

I spent a lot here and received furniture that was not what i purchased AND it did not even work properly. They told me they would come help before 7pm and it did not show and have since closed and went home for the day. Unprofessional, illegitimate business. No one deserves this customer service. They are great in store until you purchase something and then they have no answers for you and blame the warehouse for everything. Oh and there delivery drivers damaged my couches and told me im lucky they are even putting it together although i paid for delivery and set up. Trust me when i tell you, this place will be gone...
