Rainbow Shops — Local services in Town of Poughkeepsie

I just left about a hour ago and didn’t get any names of the girls who was working but let me check the receipt hold up ….. sales Operator : 77420N. But this isn’t even about her as she seems autistic and needed assistance it for the employee working with her who was sitting on the cash wrap on the phone not helping her coworker who due to her conditions and frustration was coming off as a attitude which as a parent with a child who is autistic can be misread. She shouldn’t be working the register. And the employee who was on the phone shouldn’t had been on the phone and sitting on the cashwrap like it was her house. No one greeted me or my grandmother. Everyone seemed irritated. Customer service was absolutely horrible. Which makes shopping there not my first choice I will find another Rainbows elsewhere. A district manager really needs to get them together. Folded my clothes and threw a bag to my grandmother to put the purchased clothes in is HORRIBLE. And if the girl is not autistic then she needs to be fired actually both of them need to if that is the case. I had to really take a deep breath because the amount of rudeness was crazy and espically to my grandmother. Old me would had flipped that store upside down! Someone please revisit this store and get them right before someone does !

Beyond discusted with, costumer serviece today . I just left a very abusive relasionship I will get to the point a few seconds. I drop housands worth of dollars on this store all the time. I have this one problem with this one girl who works their. I figured who she was real quick after her atuited changed when I said my car got broken into by my ex boyfriend. Normaly I never have problem with other staff mebemers . Neither , nor do I have problem with Shanon who is manger. I want to exhcange another item for the same item . I did not have the reciet becuase this white girl who works' their never gives me the reciet .... as soon as she kept , saying I was the one who had the atttutited on her I flipped out on her. I kept pressing on her what is your problem .Last time I check , keep the family drama at home or for the streets. This store just lost a loyal costumer who always drops like 500/ 10,000$ in to the store. I came in their because I supported the cause of company on women abuse . I no longer will support this company, because their are women who support other abusive Relaionships . Witch is never okay ... sorry but todays costumer service today was terbile and...

The store is nicely put But cashier was too busy conversating on her phone n was distracted showed no custom service respect or interest in my purchases or my time spending money wasn’t helpful I had to reach high items alone. I felt bother by her behavior n lack of respect n sales person cashier work ethics. I will add If I go back to Rainbows in Poughkeepsie and she’s there I will exit n not spend my time or...
