Hudson Plaza — Local services in Town of Poughkeepsie

The Kobe Hibachi Restaurant is located in a college town that caters to students and visitors and the food taste like it. We compared the food to Ichiro Hibachi & Sushi in West Hartford, CT where we dined the week before and it was obvious that the food at the Kobe was inferior. The chicken that was cooked and served to us tasted “off” and had a weird texture to it. Not one person ate it after tasting it and for me, who is ex-military didn’t eat it, then something was wrong with the chicken. Everyone complained to the cook and waitress and nothing was done about it. We still paid full price. The cook did a great job with the “show,” but our vibe was muted to say the least. Hudson plaza has many different stores to choose from and there all within walking distance. On a nice day I usually park at Walmart and me and my daughters walk from store to store and even go to the subway located across from the kohl's entrance to grab a bite. It's a nice family place to enjoy with your loved ones when you need to get out of the car and get some fresh air. Be careful there aren't any sidewalks and you have to cross a pretty busy intersection to get to subway, there's a cross walk and just stay to the curb and you...

To name a few, there's Price Chopper Supermarket, Mavis Tires, an eatery, a Dollar Store, laundromat and others. I can accomplish a great deal of things all in the same plaza.
