Terrible customer service. I bought three pairs of pants but the cashier accidentally rung up one of the pairs twice. I tried to return one of the pairs that didn't and was told that I couldn't because the cashier rung them up as the wrong pants in the first place. A more expensive pair I should add. So I paid more for these pants, and was not able to return them all because of the cashier's mistake. And to add insult to injury, the cashier who told me I could not return them because of the first cashier's mistake, Julie, was incredibly rude and obnoxious to me.
