Amazing store, best there is hands down! The owners are so attentive to details and so clearly care about what they do. They take the time to really help each customer and actually listen to what you have to say. Manny and Michelle always take the time for my questions and fully explain the answers to me, making sure that I truly understand. The store itself is beautiful too! And Samson is the best! The free "gift" they give is cool. Their prices are outrageous, even for non-brand name pieces. I've been to every smoke shop around, and while their ideas are interesting, they pale in comparison to places like Up In Smoke. No variety. Hopefully, they improve on this. Otherwise, I will not be shopping here again, and wouldn't recommend...
