Let me first start off by saying I hate writing negative reviews and let me follow that with I love Polo, and when I say I love polo I mean it as in I’m a true collector, I have pieces that range from your basic small pony sweater, to the Snow Beach and Stadium 1992 collections, I’ve been collecting for a good 2 decades now. I went into your Lake George location the other day to shop around for myself and grab my daughter some back to school items, I was then followed non stop by an employee of yours named Tracy, and when I mean followed I mean everytime I took a few steps to look elsewhere this women was right there hovering like a weirdo. After noticing this after like the 5th time I finally said something to her, she proceeded to act like she was just trying to be helpful when she clearly wasn’t in the slightest. I continue to shop around for my daughter while she continued to stay in my area and she then asks if I need help again and I told her “No, but I would like your name for this review I’m going to write” she then gives me a fake name (the cashier told me her real one), I proceed to head to the checkout after only purchasing a few items after planning on getting most her school shopping done there. Honestly my blood was boiling so bad that I just needed to get out of there, never in my life has someone made me feel like this at a Polo store and I can only imagine she’s done this to other...

Judgemental staff was disgusting. I have black and white hair, everything else about my outfit was very reserved with a turtle neck and such but there was a blonde woman with a headset who was looking me up and down with disgust asking if I needed help - not in the polite staff way. After being followed around half the store I just left. My necklace alone was a one of a kind fossil more expensive than half the things in the store but because I look different than what they expect? I'm treated like a pariah?
