Terrible experience! I went into the store today to exchange a pair of earrings that I had gotten my Mom for her birthday for a smaller size and got screamed at by the owner, Dawn because the price tag was not on the item. I was told they wouldn’t take them back because they were over there 7 day return policy and had no price tag. I had the receipt from 8/14 and all of the packaging in tact and they were not even taken out of the box! When I originally bought them I said they were a birthday gift for my Mom that I was giving her on 9/3 for her birthday. I was told nothing about a 7 day return policy. A nice girl that helped me offered to wrap them in pretty tissue and take the price tag off so my Mom wouldn’t see what I paid being it was a gift! Dawn, the store owner rudely told me the price tag should not have been taken off and therefore she will not exchange them for me. I tried to explain that the girl who had helped me wrapped them for me had taken the price off but Dawn said she shouldn’t have and they are not responsible. So what is the point of the beautiful gift wrap they offer? You do not give a gift and leave the price tag on I’m sorry, we all know that!!! She then slammed the box of earrings on the counter at me with the receipt and told me she wouldn’t take them back! Wow! I have never in all my years of shopping EVER been treated so poorly! As much as I loved shopping there and gave them tons of business through the years, they definitely need some major help in the customer service department and Dawn needs to tell her employees not to take the price tags off of things if they are going to be so kind as to wrapping them for there customers and then not allowing them to exchange them! Buyers beware-don’t want you to get screamed at or go through what I went through today! Dawn should be ashamed of herself!!! I left the store practically in tears!!!    Read moreI was pressured to purchase a pair of baptismal shoes even though I told the sales assoc I had a pair at home. I went home and realized I liked the pair I already had better. I went back to this store within the 7 day return window and was denied the return. —-Meanwhile the sales assoc mistakenly added an extra bonnet in my bag and I returned it to the store so that they could sell it with the baptismal suit it was supposed to be with. I’m glad I’m an honest customer. Too bad they weren’t an honest seller. Would never return or recommend them…. BTW the shoes were $32 in this store but...

The owner went out of her way and ordered a replacement. I am forever a loyal customer. Thank you for being amazing and for making my friend's birthday...
