My partner and I first met Mel about a month after she opened her store, and fell in love with not only her shop and her wonderful service, but her kind heart and care for her customers. We end up visiting her bakery at least three times a month, and have ordered occasion cakes from her multiple times since she opened, along with various pastries for events we visit.

The biggest blessing we had was Mel making us our cake for our wedding, and we are so grateful for her wonderful artistry. She made us 85 individual Raspberry Vanilla mini cakes for all of our guests, along with our 2 tier wedding cake for our cake cutting and ourselves, and when I tell you guests were RAVING about her cake (and still are to this day as the best wedding cake they’ve had) we are NOT lying! It was so moist and delicious and the detail and time she put into each cake made the night feel even more special. I love this bakery, and I highly recommend it to everyone I know! I never write reviews but I had to after I had such a wonderful experience at A Pinch Of Sprinkles. First, the macarons were INCREDIBLE. I haven’t stopped thinking about the chocolate lovers tray we had. Second the owner Meli is the nicest person and it’s so obvious she cares about every treat she makes and every customer’s experience that walks in the door. And we absolutely loved the amazing Barbie box too to take pics in! Then we went back and had two incredible cupcakes, guava and chocolate. The cake part was so moist and the frosting is the perfect amount of sweet. I wish I took more photos but we devoured the treats too fast. Highly recommend this spot for desserts! Will definitely be returning to order for events or even just a sweet...
