update: lines of communication back open so hoping for a better outcome. 9/22/19 i used to be a Zales fan and have been a customer for many years. However, Absolutely disappointed with this store. Its been an endless drama with a Levian aquamarine ring that was supposed to be so special. I fell in love with it at first sight. Purchased it on 4/6 under a brilliant value promo but it immediately went out same day for sizing and 3 to 4 wks later it was still too big so it went back to adjust the size again. 3 to 4 wks later i got it back. Wore it twice and a stone fell out. Went in for service, and 3 to 4 wks later i picked it up. Again wore it twice and another stone fell out. August 25th I took the ring back and beside the obvious missing diamond stone, upon testing, other stones were loose. Extremely frustrating and every time I went in, whether it was someone new or the person that assisted me before I had to go through the whole purchase inquiry and registration of the repair and the account look-up which on average took 35 minutes or more. Often they would put the info into the computer and then a few minutes later ask for the same info again because they lost the screen. Last word from the manager, Sharon, around 8/27 was that they were going to order a whole new ring but now she is away until Saturday, and the only other person that understood my plight there, Stella, just left on vacation today according to Maria who answered the phone when I tried to follow up today on the status. Hope this is resolved in a favorable way, but at this point I paid for a non wearable mostly absent ring. I can honestly say I no longer love it, i no longer trust Levian or Zales, and will never ever make another purchase from this store. The ring or any piece of jewelry for that matter is worth this trouble, time or aggravation. Whenever I look at the ring I won’t have fond memories. Only a sour pit in my stomach. I would post a picture of the ring, but wait! I can’t! I...
Read moreEdit: the store manager called and apologized for the poor service and was nice to order another bracelet in on Friday 22nd but she wouldn't be there. Unfortunately I was unable to make it back on that day, but I appreciate that she took the time to follow up. I increased to 3 stars because of her effort. Unfortunately until I return, I cannot increase past this amount due to the rude female and my lack of the second bracelet.
Original review:
My spouse bought an onyx bracelet for me on Dec 29. There was something wrong with the locking mechanism and I wanted to exchange it for the same bracelet because I liked the bracelet. When we came in the second time, there was a very rude lady that rubbed us the wrong way, so we waited for another who was helpful but persuaded us to wait on returning the bracelet. A few days later, we came in and spoke to Sharon, the store manager, who said she would contact us when the identical bracelet came in. I gave her my information, and she couldn't be bothered to return the call. We came in today and I'm fed up with the customer service here. They are completely dead and there are 4 people standing around. She, the manager put on a pitty party show to act concerned, but if our business were a priority, she wouldn't have made excuses for not following through with her commitment... there was no way she was "so busy" that she couldn't call me with my options. Therfore, I will gladly take my...
