Roland's — Local services in Town of Skaneateles

Rolands has very high quality sporty, casual chic clothing. I visited the store tonight to purchase an item. My experience with the young sales people was less than pleasant. They obviously did not want to be working , were non chalant and in one instance the young girl was rude. The young people need to be trained to get off their duff and enthusiastically show merchandise. I should have walked out, but I wanted the item . After the purchase, the clincher was” no problem”. What happened to “ thank you for your business”? Everyone is looking for workers, I get it , but don’t ruin your reputation by hiring less than enthusiastic polite workers. Or .. take the time...
