I went there for an ultra sound guided injections for severe bursitis in my hip. Don't know Dr's name, but he was so lazy, first he talked my Dr into doing some Fluoroscopic guided one instead of ultra sound, because it was quicker. Then He was supposed to give me at least 3 injections because of the severity and widespread locations of the bursitis. (there is more than one bursa in the hip) When I questioned him about how many, he said "Oh I'm only giving you one, but it's going to be a big one" ! Bottom line is he didn't get all the areas and I'm still i n pain from the other areas. Now I have to pray that my insurance will pay for me to get another one, and I have to wait another month to see. I'm so disappointment. If he would have taken the time he took getting my Dr to sign another RX and bs-ing me, he could have done the 3 injections like he was supposed to do and I might not be in pain, or have to have it done over because he was too lazy to do it the right way first !!! When arriving after a 40 minute drive, I was immediately appalled at not only the debunk rundown condition of the building and parking lot but the poor, filthy, unkempt, sub standard, extremely uncomfortable conditions in the office. Checked in and was immediately, rudely and loudly advised that I would not be attended to unless I paid an unknown bill from 2016 for an alleged co-pay of 30.00. This was loudly announced across their office waiting room whereas all inside and perhaps outside could clearly hear. How rude, How Unprofessional and actually a violation of the fdcpa. I said goodbye, walked away carefully so as not to trip leaving this rundown building. Tech told me I could watch “as long as I could see the screen” and then turned the screen purposely so I couldn’t see. Didn’t give any explanation why I couldn’t see or even listen to the heartbeat. Before even going back to the room I asked if my fiancee could come back with me and she said “ummmm I guess”. Was very standoffish and rude. Overall terrible experience and super uncomfortable. If there’s protocols in place I understand that. But I don’t appreciate being told I can watch and then her purposely turning the screen so I couldn’t. An explanation would’ve been nice.
