Disgusting disgusting disgusting I do not recommend anyone to store their items in this facility when I got there with my movers the gate was locked. My code was not working. I tried it five or six times there was no one at the desk for approximately an hour and a half I had to pay extra money to my delivery guys moving truck due to the fact they were there for an hour and a half waiting For me to be able to get into the building because again my code was not working. I was a new customer I was moving in for the first time absolutely disgusting. They do not tell you all the details when renting a space they make it appear as if you are fully paying one month rent only not to mention that if you rent on the 21st, the remaining of the month will be due that following first of the month, but leaving you under the impression that your rent is not due until 30 days out of your rental space time this place is disgusting. People were walking around like zombies they force you to buy their lock because no other lock will fit on their gate again disgusting I will be removing my item from there….. I do not feel safe there and it’s a huge inconvenience when there is no one there at the front desk in a timely fashion . I would definitely NOT rent at HAUPPAUGE LOCATION! . Disgusting, creepy, and suspicious activity going on on the top floors of this location...

Clean location, there is a bathroom which is very convenient during long storage trips, enough parking is available. The staff is courteous. All great so far, so why 3 stars? There is a large doorway bump at the entrance that causes carts to jolt and slam when they get past it, almost every customer has their belongings fall to the ground because of it. Irreplaceable items, tools, supplies, boxes, glass, they will break. If you're lucky someone will catch your things before they reach the ground and the both of you will try to gently get your cart over the bump. If you're alone, good luck with your fragile items while trying to get in and out of that front entry. Terrible and inconsiderate of Public Storage to have allowed this entryway to...

This is place would be amazing if they kept the same price from the rental date. I mean I get inflation but damn. Took me out of a rental spot. Had a blast while here. Served its purpose. On to the next cheaper affordable spot. Thanks for the time. Well kept never had an issue besides the constant hike in price every couple of months. Dealt with too long. Plus there's places that do the first month free and honor the same price afterward. Great parking when there's nobody parked side ways with a uhaul by the entry code box area. Bathroom maintained as best as you would expect. Yet and still 5...
