I called and left a message for a quote on lawn care and NEVER even got a call back, so giving them the benefit of the doubt just in case they didn't get the message I called again and actually spoke to someone who said that they were going to have someone come by to give us a free quote and get back to me. She took my phone number, my address, my email address. She apologized for the fact that nobody got back to me the first time and assured me that they would definitely get back to me with a quote this time. Well more than two weeks has passed and I haven't gotten a phone call, I haven't gotten an email, no one's knocked on my door....... Absolutely would not recommend them to anyone!!!!! Went to Mazelis for the first time last week. Avoided it for a while, fearing it would be an overpriced local store. I was wrong. They were extremely friendly and helpful, and the mulch dleivery I requested was very reasonably priced. The driver, Mark, was even kind enough to call and ensure it was dropped exactly where and how I preferred. I am very impressed with the service here and will be back many times...
