I will never order from this resturant again. I placed an order for take out. I ordered Pepper Steak as a main course and an appetizer; fried wontons. The guy who answered the phone seemed like he was in a rush and kept asking, " what else?, what else?".I had to ask him if something else came with the pepper steak. He replied "No". I asked again, does it come with rice? He said then said, " white or brown rice". I said I will take the brown rice. If I didn't ask about the rice, what type of rice would he have given me or would he have even given me the rice at all? The guy verbally confirmed my order for the pepper steak and fried wontons. I said yes that's correct. When I got home I didn't get the fried wontons I asked for, instead I was given mushy boiled dumplings that were charred black and discusting. I immediately phoned the restaurant back and got the same guy on the phone and advised him. He asked if I had my receipt and to tell him what number was on the receipt. I said 48. He tells me to hold on, he comes back to the phone and tells me I that the order was correct and that i ordered boiled dumplings because that is what was printed on the receipt. I said that is not what I ordered. I wound up throwing them out. I was not even asked if I would like to come back and get the fried wontons I ordered or even a refund or credit. I did not get what I ordered and was lied to. On top of this the pepper steak tasted like a dirty shoe. I will never recommend Golden Dynesty to...
Read moreThe inside atmosphere is amazing...definitely five on the setup, and they have alcoholic beverages which are nice and I do not see much in Chinese restaurants.
But the reason I give it 3 stars is because of the quality of the food. I have been in many Americanized Chinese restaurants and more authentic Chinese restaurants....there is always a quality standard between a good restaurant and a bad one.
For this one, I order roast pork with mixed vegetables. The sauce was not good, just did not go well with the roast pork. While I for plenty of pork, the choice of vegetables were horrible. Aside from the baby corn, all the vegetables were not good for this type of dish...tons of broccoli, and portabella mushrooms (it is did go week), and no Chinese type mushrooms which are usually in this kind of dish, and no crunchy yam-type vege that I always see in this dish. Just was a disappointment overall. Also, for $18 they did not really provide much. I know inflation is getting bad, but this place does overcharge a bit and the quality should at least be good of the portions are small. It is more like Chinese takeout (bad Chinese takeout) in a very beautiful environment!!
Nice aesthetics, good alcoholic drinks, lousy...
Read moreWorld War II (often abbreviated to WWII or WW2), also known as the Second World War, was a global war that lasted from 1939 to 1945. The vast majority of the world's countriesâincluding all the great powersâeventually formed two opposing military alliances: the Allies and the Axis. A state of total war emerged, directly involving more than 100 million people from over 30 countries. The major participants threw their entire economic, industrial, and scientific capabilities behind the war effort, blurring the distinction between civilian and military resources. World War II was the deadliest conflict in human history, marked by 50 to 85 million fatalities, most of whom were civilians in the Soviet Union and China. It included massacres, the genocide of the Holocaust, strategic bombing, premeditated death from starvation and disease, and the only use of nuclear...
