We visited early on Sunday afternoon, a slow time. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Our food was excellent, served propmply and well presented. The Quesadilla Tropical was delicious, with a generous amount of cheese, ham and pineapple. My chicken fajitas were generous and served with safrin rice, guacamole, sour cream, Pico de Gallo, refried beans and 4 tortillas. The Arroz con Camarones was huge with more shrimp than I could count. There was more than enough left over for another meal at home. La Panchita has made it to our go-to list for good food & frendly service.

Went here on cinco de mayo. A man was singing on a mic throughout the restaurant - which was fun and entertaining. Very authentic. Packed, which I view as a good sign. Takes reservations. Picture is of my boyfriends parents LOL. Food wasn't amazing. Sloppily plated. Didn't get dish with all that it was supposed to come with. Could be better. Expensive for quality which is the main reason it got 3 stars.

I don't usually review restaurants but this place was so awful I don't understand the reviews. The only reason we ate the food was because we were hungry after an hour wait at 7 p.m. on a Tuesday night. The place had two other tables. Nothing about my garlic shrimp said "Mexican," especially not the Bird's Eye veggies they were served with. The staff was nice but not attentive. Will never go back.

My girlfriend and I walked into la Panchita and ordered the combination chicken taco and beef tacos. Relatively relatively simple order. The waitress did not speak English. When the meal came out we each had two chicken tacos and no beef taco at all. The waitress told us it came with pico cheese and sour cream. When the incorrect meal came out there was none of that. We called over the manager who seemed to speak English. We told him of the issues that we were having he looked at my girlfriend after she’s finished speaking to him and walked away and did not acknowledge anything that she said. The corrections were never made we never got the beef tacos. They never apologized they didn’t correct the price. My girlfriend couldn’t wait to come to this place to eat it was one of her favorite places. She was a customer for life. She never wants to come back here again and neither do I. That was some really really pathetic business that they did there. Extremely disappointing. Unless you can speak Spanish I don’t recommend going. Gringos will not get...

La panchi-no! Made reservations for this place almost a week in advance. When we got there our reservation wasn't in the book. Luckily there were open tables..or maybe it was unlucky now that I think about it. No air conditioning or rather they just didn't turn it on. The place was dingy and warm inside. Took almost 20 minutes to get someone to come take our order when there were tons of people walking around seemingly lost. The chips and salsa they gave you were meh at best. Ordered a steak with chimichurri and the wife ordered the chicken fajitas. The steak came out tough as leather when I ordered it medium rare and their interpretation of chimichurri was throwing cilantro and cut up onions on top of the steak. The fajitas were the only good part which is why this got a 2 instead of a 1. Took another 15 minutes to get the check. Won't come back here, there are a ton of other places to go...

We called in a take out order yesterday at 6:05 and was told your food will be ready at 6:30. My Wife gets there at 6:45. Every 10 minutes she’s told by the staff that “they’re making it now and it will be out in a few minutes”. Long story short, the food wasn’t ready until 7:45. Am I supposed to believe that this restaurant didn’t know that it couldn’t meet a 25 minute deadline when it took this order? And on Father’s Day no less? I’m quite sure they knew, they just decided to selfishly fatten their pockets and ruin our family’s dinner rather than be honest, upfront and forthright. Perhaps even worse, is that the food was horribly over salted and inedible. They didn’t even have the decency to throw in a churro or an app as consolation for stealing more than an hour of my spouse’s time (not that I would have been able to swallow it). In my opinion, this place should be avoided...
