First, let me say, I totally understand that people make mistakes. How they handle those mistakes, determines the outcome. We ordered the vegan lettuce wraps and they served us the chicken lettuce wraps. We didn’t realize this until we had a few wraps. We had told them that we were vegan. We asked if the other dishes we ordered were vegan just to make sure and we were told they were. They, then, served us another dish with fish sauce. The waitress acted like it was no big deal while my daughter was in tears. We asked to speak to a manager. The manager didn’t really care that she served animal products to vegans who hadn’t eaten meat in years. She just wanted to bring us another dish like it was no big deal. I asked the manager if the second dish had fish sauce. We had already asked the waitress to make sure it was vegan after they served us the chicken but it definitely contained fish. The manager told me the second dish was vegan. I asked her if their was fish in the sauce to which she replied she didn’t know because they use a pre-made sauce. I asked her why she would tell customers that the dish was vegan when she wasn’t sure if the sauce contained fish. I have been served non-vegan items before at restaurants but was much less upset because it was handled properly. How this restaurant handled it made me lose faith in their ability to ensure that what we were being told was vegan actually was. What would have happened had this been a nut allergy and someone got really sick or died. We will not...

Quintessential “I don’t write reviews” starter but I truly do not. Posting publicly so I don’t want my name out there. Anyway I used to go here quite often. The food was always good and the portion sizes always normal to generous. However this time recently when I went the food had definitely taken a turn for the worst. My papaya salad I kid you not smelled like a cheesy foot. I had to throw it away. I’ve eaten many papaya salads in my time and have never been hit with a smell like that. Drunken noodles weren’t spicy, and the portion size was very small. The green curry had a decent flavor but was very watery. I got it with shrimp which were the side of a quarter if not smaller and only had 5 pieces at most in the pt container with little to no vegetables. I could tell the rice was old as well. I wouldn’t go back, and it was truly a waste of money. super sad to see how bad this place has gotten because I used to eat here twice a month in it’s hayday. Also, as a side note, when I watched food come out of the kitchen the plates are being garnished with little umbrellas you get in drinks. Not a good sign, ever. I ate here again tonight with my friend. We both enjoyed our food immensely. She got the spicy ginger shrimp with garlic and I got spicy eggplant and I added tofu to it. I ordered coconut rice. We each had Tom kha Kai soup. She had hers with chicken I had mine with none. The waitress was very sweet . She offered me many things instead of the chicken in the soup. We had delicious hot tea. The Waitresses were very attentive and kept filling our water glasses as well as providing more hot water for tea. The place was mobbed. We did have a wait but it was reasonable given how packed it was. The food came and it was exactly correct, hot, and fabulously delicious. We both ordered dessert . I got the fried bananas with ice cream honey and sesame , and my girlfriend got the chocolate cake . Honestly I don't know which one I enjoyed more they were both so good . This is the fifth or sixth time that I've been there. I've gotten take out from there also. Food is fabulous. The people are very nice. Sweet waitresses. Beautiful atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place for lunch, for dinner, eat in or take out, the food is consistently delicious. Make a reservation if you don't want to wait, park across by CVS., but...
