Jo-An's Hallmark Shoppe — Local services in Town of Tonawanda

I'm originally from Buffalo but moved to South Florida years ago. I was here for 5 days for my aunts Celebration of Life. The service was beautiful, and so many people were in attendance. We needed to send thank you cards and were in need of an additional 60. This simply should have been our first stop. We found exactly what we needed. My cousin paid for the cards, and we realized at the same time, we needed pens. As the woman was handing over the receipt, I asked you wouldn't happen to have a few pens you could donate, and my cousin quickly explained that we'd just buried her mother and we're sending out thank you cards now before we head back home. She gasped ever so slightly placed her hand on her heart and said, "Just give me a minute." My cousin couldn't believe I'd asked that. I told her my dad always said it's going to be one of two things, Yes or No. She came back with an unopened pack of 10 pens and offered her condolences again. We were moved to tears as my cousin shared the story with her sister, who remained in the car. We each figured she'd return with no more than 5 or so odd pens. This place is amazing with its services!. I wanted to get a gift wrapped because i don’t know how to do any of that 😅. I bought some gift wrapping stuff from their store and asked Mrs. Kathy if they can help. They immediately offered to help and made me feel comfortable around their store.

Mrs. Pauline did the gift wrapping for me, she is amazing at it! She makes you comfortable while talking with you and you can also help her do the wrap which is a great way to engage with the customer.

WHATS CRAZY IS THEY OFFERED TO DO THIS FOR FREE!! I told them I can pay for their services but they quickly told me it’s not a problem 🫶.

Please visit their store, you definitely won’t regret the time there and they have a lot of unique items that you can buy as well (I didn’t buy anything except the wrapping paper and flower + tag; but just saw some really cool stuff)

Stopping into Jo-An's Boutique has become a regular thing for me. I am always able to get Pandora items that are sold out online or not available at the Walden Galleria location. The ladies always greet me with a smile and pleasant conversation. They are aware of their stock and good at advising of current and upcoming promotions.
