I called in my complaint also but I will never go to this location again based on this morning’s experience when I went inside for a coffee and croissant sandwich before work because the line in drive thru was so long… The girl at the register was so unbelievably rude to me and then I waited a full 15min for my food which was then cold and because of everything I was late to work. And by the time I walked out the door all the cars in drive thru were gone, that’s how long I waited inside. Nobody acknowledged me and when I tried asking about my food I had that same girl give me an attitude when in fact all along it was already made and yet she told me they were still making it. I was so mad when I left,, late for work and a cold croissant. At least the coffee was hot. Everyone in drive thru is great I must say so apparently going inside...
Read moreThe Young Street Tim Hortons is the most inconsistent and unwelcoming in the area. Not only is my order wrong half the time, the coffee tastes either burnt or watery. I've had 3 error orders over the past 2 weeks...no "I'm sorry", just a sour face and irritation when I mentioned it. I guess it's common practice for this location to not apologies for screwing up your order. This morning, 4/9/21, my order was wrong again. I mentioned it to the gentlemen working the drive thru window and he looked peeved while correcting my order. Side note: again, no "I'm sorry" or "My apologies"...it must be in the TH training manual to be rude. And the woman who had to correct my order looked tee-offed and tossed my order on the counter. Read moreHad like three different people handing things out of the window the guy who took my card never came back and kept it so I had to go back and get it explain to him that I was unable to pay for my wraps that I wanted to get at another Tim Hortons he didn't understand that if he would have replaced the order that I was trying to get on my way home for someone else that that could have made up for it instead his manager told him to walk away from the window very great customer service I'm really starting to lose faith in all Tim Hortons altogether maybe dunkin' donuts deserves our business again.
