The WORST experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant EVER!! My order was the -Taste of KFC Meal for $20.00 (Original Recipe Chicken, 2 Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, 2 Corn, 4 Biscuits.) 1 Large Coleslaw 2 Medium Drinks Coming to a total of $33.79. I placed my order through the KFC app. I placed the order before I left my house to bring my wife food for her lunch break. This KFC location is 20 MINUTES from my house. I arrived amd waited nearly ANOTHER 20 MINUTES. I couldn't believe it. At this point my Wive's lunch break was 75% over. Finally received my food. Bring it to her work and the chicken was just disgusting. Soggy, undercooked and inedible and it was the Extra Crispy kind not the Original, which we do n9t like at all. So not only did the order take 40 minutes but I get it and it is INEDIBLE. I was missing the silverware so couldn't eat any of the sides either. My wife didn't get to eat on her lunch break today because of this restaurant. After I finished spending the mere 5 minutes I had with her I went back to the KFC and asked for new chicken. The manager came out and started arguing with me. Telling me that I was wrong and that it was the Original Chicken and I had no idea what i was talking about and that the chicken was just soggy from being in the bucket for 5 whole minutes. What a joke. Having a manager berate you is insane. She then told me that in order to replace my chicken with the Original Flavor chicken it would be another 20 MINUTES because they didnt have any made. So again I waited and waited and she brings my bucket to me opens the lid and says "SEE THATS EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE CHICKEN I GAVE YOU THE FIRST TIME." Which was true!! It was the Extra Crispy Kind AGAIN. So oh well. 1 hour later and I go out to my car open the chicken to try some, look down and notice that the chicken is still soggy and this time its just swimming in a half inch of disgusting fryer oil. I have videos and everything. I am absolutely disgusted that any manager or employee would ever speak to a customer the way she did. I am not surprised not that I read the reviews of this location on google. Nothing but 1 Stat reviews about the rude combative staff, waiting forever, and SOGGY BLAND CHICKEN. I want my money back. This food is still inedible. I wasted an entire hour if my life trying to get it and I was abused by the "MANAGER" for simply asking for properly cooked chicken. This location makes every single KFC look TERRIBLE. They ended up refunding me 10 damn dollars for all of this. Cross KFC off your list. It isnt worth it popeyes...

I would think this place would clean up and get their act together a year later. But no... I ordered the 4pc $10 meal deal that was supposed to be extra crispy and come with 2 biscuits and mashed potatoes..... First off the girl at the drive thru was loud and rude. Second she hands me a bucket of chicken, I said I ordered the 4pc with biscuits and potatoes, she said "this is it's. Ok... So I pull over and I'm staring at an 8pc bucket of chicken. No sides and the chicken is not a single bite Chrispy and clearly was sitting there. I took one but and it is just a greasy disgusting mess that I'm throwing it out. I'm beyond disappointed. This was the KFC I grew up with and did dinner with every month with my grandparents ten years ago. Now it's just a dumpster fire. I recommend driving the extra 10min to go to the new one in NT.b
This place needs to be shut down. I can't believe I even have to give this 1 star to post .. I pulled I to a pitch black drive through with everything off at 930 pm where everything states this place is open until 11. I placed my order of 4 extra crispy meal. I received inedible chick that looked to be two days old and "refreshed" in the fryer. I then got a biscuit that was hard as a rock. And my side of mashed potatoes was gravey. Only thing edible was the drink... The staff couldn't be anymore rude as if I was inconveniencing them. When I went to go inside to complain, the chairs were up and door locked. Last I checked _ooen I til 11" does not mean closed at 930. And how dare this place serve the food the way they did. This is the second time in a row this food ended up like this, tossed in the garbage and a waste of money. Oh also it is plastered on the drive thru window " no refunds, no exceptions". Thank God for the new one in NT. I guess I'll be driving out of my way when I need a last min...
   Read moreTonight 6/22/24 at the Youngs Road store drive thru in Tonawanda, New York at exactly 10:27pm I was told I couldn't order dark meat because the store was closing in half an hour, all the fryers were already turned off, and all they had was crispy white meat.
I bolted right over to McDonald's next door, where the grills were still hot.
What kind of customer service is that? If you're open till 11pm then you should be prepared to serve the ENTIRE MENU until you close. That's what CLOSING means ... you stop serving at CLOSING. Not turn your fryers off at 10 pm or whatever and only serve dried out leftovers. Is that what we pay for? I think not.
I have a personal interest in this store continuing to serve until closing, because they are serving me and my community.
I sure hope you can do something about this. It's just not the way things should be done. If you're turning off the fryers at 10pm, then you may as well close at 10pm. Figure it out. Let us know (as in me and my community) the outcome. Hopefully you do the right thing.
