Get Air Trampoline Park — Attraction in City of Tonawanda

I recently visited Get air and wrote a honest review to support our claims. The review was taken down by Google because the child’s Mom claimed I took a picture of a minor. Whose face was NEVER shown. I would never post a front photo of a child let alone any worker. She then took my name to social media discrediting my experience. But, also why are there minors working at a kids play with no adult supervision?

So, because of this I’m writing another one to set the record straight.

There were several safety concerns that were quite alarming. The workers did not know how to properly clean a chemical spill left the entire two hours of the party, a garbage bag with duct tape was holding up mesh on a slide, and large bolts were sticking out of the floor, that ripped and hurt a child’s foot, this in-fact posed a significant hazard, especially for kids.

Additionally, I felt unfairly targeted on social media by the workers and their parents after sharing my HONEST review. It seemed like a coordinated effort to discredit my experience was done by the owner and his employees. This is not only disappointing, but unprofessional.

To make matters worse, an individual named Dan ( who’s review is below), was not even close to our party or apart of it, felt the need to comment on our experience, adding to the fuel of being bullied by the workers and owners of this establishment. Dan was at least 15 feet away from us. Claiming to be able to see bolts sticking out of the floor from 15 feet away sounds pretty exaggerated. It’s also kind of sketchy how Dan knew about my review in the first place. After digging a bit deeper, it's pretty evident from his family’s social media that he's connected to Get Air Tonawanda. (image shown below) This definitely makes his opinion biased. It's essential to consider his credibility in this situation, especially when there are clear affiliations that could influence his perspective. Makes sense why he wasn’t upset with the chemical spill. He must of not had to spend $450 on a party. I guess you get what you pay for, right Dan?

It's essential to address these kinds of exaggerated claims with evidence and facts. Providing clear information and pictures to show the actual situation will help set the record straight.

All encounters with the employees were professional. Unfortunately, it was not the same on the employees end. I’m sure video footage would prove this to be correct. We have pictures showing the distance between our party, the chemical spill, garbage bag with tape, and the location of Dans party to support this. It’s disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior from the staff, family and random affiliated adults. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary...

Paid an arm and a leg for my son's birthday party this weekend, WORST birthday party experience ever!! So embarrassed to have had his party there! I've have alot of experience at other birthday venues for my children's birthdays and I've never written a bad review before today. I could cry it was so bad. We were supposed to have a party hostess, never received any real host. When we went to the front desk to ask (after being there over an hour into our party) the young girl says she was our host but that her shift was ending soon. The only time she came to our table was drop off our pizza/drinks and to charge our credit card for the party! That was it! Our reserved table was filthy, clearly not cleaned before we got there. Alot of guests didn't receive the socks that were supposed to be included in our birthday party package. I had to go to the desk and inquire about socks. No supervision- several times there was big kids/tweens jumping in the toddler/little kid section. Extremely unsafe for the little ones and annoying for us parents who have to ask the big kids to leave the area. The staff could careless, all two of them that were "working" the day of my child's birthday party. I was so disappointed at the lack of service, attention and organization. Again, just aweful. I'm so upset to have had my son's party there, we had other parents at our party make negative comments about the place and service as well so I know it wasn't just me, but very embarrassing...

I had a birthday party here for my sons a couple weeks ago and it was the worst experience I ever had. The staff was horrible. Nobody greeted us or approached us about the party at all! I had to go up to somebody an hour after the party started to ask for our drinks. Normally at any other party at any other place I’ve had a party at the host would serve the pizza, pour the drinks and ask us if anything was needed and be around our area and at this place it never happened. I also got charged for any adult who said they were jumping which I was not aware of. I had an 11 month old and a 1 year old who weren’t doing to much on the trampolines and I got charged for them and there parents. I called the night before asking if I would get charged for them and they told me no but apparently I was given the wrong information and was charged. Once I paid they asked if I wanted to leave a tip for our host I said for what because I wasn’t even aware of our hosts name and she did absolutely nothing for us and he said we usually let you guys do your own thing. I spent so much money for the birthday party and felt so stressed and will never have a birthday party there again. The kids had a great time but the workers are horrible!!
