Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Union

Used to be a family favorite. We will never buy pizza from another Little Caesars again! I went to pick up my pizza from the portal and my code wouldn't work. The staff informed me that my order had already been picked up. After confirming with my husband that my order wasn't picked up I asked to speak to a manager. The lady who relayed my request to the manager rudely said she wants us to stop what we're doing so you can talk to her. The manager informs me he won't issue a refund as someone in my family picked the pizza up. I restated that it wasn't someone from my family and there must have been an error. He then rudely told me that I'm the only person who would have the code, therefore my family picked up the pizza. And we wouldn't be getting a refund. So he accused me of stealing pizza in front of a room full of customers and couldn't care less that I was missing my food. All across the United States there is a Little Caesars in every town. I travel across the United States for my job and I usually will stop by one to grab a pizza fast, cheap and easy all the same price and same product. I go to the one in Endwell, NY and deal with horrible service, nothing ready so you have to wait for the pizza, and the best part of it they charge $6.00 for the hot n ready Pepperoni pizza which should be $5.00 then the extra most bestest is $7.00 when it’s supposed to be $6.00 the owner is a scumbag there are commercials all over the tv advertising hot n ready for 5 dollars and the extra most bestest for 6 dollars but the one in Endwell NY charges more. There stealing from there customers they should be shut down and have something else out in there, horrible service, they steal from customers and the make you wait for pizza when it’s supposed to be hot n ready, shut your doors and fire the horrible...

This place was the rudest unpleasant place to go. I had ordered a custom pie with mushrooms and extra all.I paid for my pizza and took it out to the car and it was not what I had asked for. Yes I was extremely disappointed and the manager was very rude to me and to tell me. I got what I paid for. Price was not an issue with me. I just love the way they usually make my pies and I travel an hour away from another place. Will never go back there again. They need to be taught how to treat a paying customer and who knows to interact with an unhappy meal .never ever going back there again.I am continuing to tell a lot of people who are in the area to NOT go there.
