Mom has called Red Mill Manor her new home on Paper Mill Island since January 22nd and can’t imagine living anywhere else. To say she loves it there is an understatement! From the moment we toured the facility, with it’s historical architecture as a former grist mill and it’s modern amenities, it was clear that Red Mill Manor was the perfect fit for mom. There is always a warm, friendly & inviting vibe when you walk through the door with staff there to welcome you. The staff is an amazing group of professionals who are really passionate about what they do. They often wear many hats during their shifts with their focus on making each resident feel special. Mom absolutely raves about the meals & loves everything Chef Jeff prepares. Dining at Red Mill Manor is truly an experience with the chef making rounds to each table combined with the breathtaking view of Seneca River & Dam from every table. The boutique style of independent living allows for individual attention to be given to each resident with special care given to accommodate special dietary needs. It’s great to see mom safe & happy in her new home knowing she is living life to its fullest with countless new experiences & fun...

Red Mill Manor is like no other! In my opinion, what they offer is, "Semi" Assisted Living, with more amenities than Assisted Living, at half the price.

Residents are provided a friendly and accommodating staff, a medic alert necklace, cable tv, internet, phone, all utilities, fabulous meals, events all day long to exercise the body and mind, period movies, a player piano and live music, socialization, transportation, and amazingly, there is a "pub" with large TVs and 2 free drinks per day included and access to a walk out deck with a mesmerizing view.

All of this and spectacular waterfront living from every room, while still being able to live near your family, as it's operating locally in the Village of Baldwinsville.

Our Mom was one of the first residents to move into Red Mill Manor in October 2021. From the first conversation and personal tour with Kurt up to moving day when Mike greeted us at the door to welcome Mom home, our daily experiences have been wonderful! Everyone who works at the Red Mill is friendly, caring and genuine. They are an awesome team and work well together providing a nurturing, safe and activity-filled environment for all the residents. The atmosphere is beautiful, inviting and cozy and Mom simply loves her room at the Red Mill! We appreciate all they do for Mom and we highly recommend...
