Stopped by for the first time today. Very impressed with the cleanliness, variety of products, and attentiveness of staff. It was busy upon my arrival, but after a minute of browsing I was approached by a friendly, helpful staff member and assisted to find the right options for my pain issues.

I like the ability to browse all their offerings at the order kiosk. It allows for easier comparison and offers the ability to find what you need without direct assistance, if that’s what you prefer! Having had a medical card since 2016, I know how expensive and extremely limited the medical dispensary options have been. This was such a welcome change!

Items are made locally, and prices are reasonable for the products I chose. As a cane user, I appreciate knowing they are adding a ramp to the entrance, utilizing a local veteran-owned construction business to improve their accessibility. Can I just say WOW! This place is incredible!! The location in and of itself is historically fitting, aesthetically pleasing and truly practical! The atmosphere is spacious, open, inviting, and ultimately, progressive AF. The staff is personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited about the work they are doing, which is a breath of fresh air! Chelsea is an absolute gem, which is a great asset to this newer business! Overall, between staff, location, atmosphere, and brand/mission values THIS is where you shop local for unique, locally based gifts and self care favorites. FingerLakes Cannabis Co. provides for such a pleasant and connection-oriented experience, from a customer's standpoint. It levels the playing field between customer-employee interactions; allowing for organic banter to exist, rather than merely a rushed transaction. Very well organized, informative, and great selection! The only criticism is that paying with a card is annoying and theres alot of steps i dont need to do anywhere else. So consider bringing cash. Other than that i really like the vibe there. I look forward to seeing what they do in the future. Between them and the brewery right there i have high hopes for that area.
